To Tension Stainless Steel Cable Ties:  

Wrap cable tie around objects to be bundled, thread end of cable tie through clasp.  Guide end of cable tie through nose of tool and slot in mandrel.  Use ratchet lever on tool to tension cable tie.  When tight, depress handle to cut-off tail if desired.

To Remove Pin Type Stainless Steel Cable Ties (SKG-SCT)

Insert hook on handle of tool under cable tie clasp and push clasp back toward cable tie tail.
