To Tension Clamps
To Tension Clamps	Raise the anvil head. Push the ball handle forward to open the slot in the tool nose. Insert the tail of the clamp through the slot in the tool nose., Slide the tool forward so that the nose approaches the seal. Work the ball handle back and forth to draw the clamp tail and push the seal., To release the cut tail, push the ball handle forward to open the slot in the tool nose and extract the cut-off tail., When clamp is tight, flip the anvil down and strike the top of it twice with a hammer to punch and secure the seal. To cut the tail, lever the whole tool back and forth.
